How it works

Q. What is DABBL?

A. Dabbl offers a straightforward, honest approach to voucher deals. There's no sneaky catches with these vouchers, what you see is what you get. We reward those who want to try something new, so come and have a Dabbl!

  1. Simply pick the offer you'd like to take advantage of.
  2. Buy the voucher online through our secure shop.
  3. Contact the voucher supplier to redeem your voucher before the voucher expiry date. (If booking is not required, then you can just take your voucher with you on the day.)
  4. Enjoy! Our exclusive vouchers are easy to use and we ensure that you won't be able to find the same offer elsewhere for less.

Q. How do I purchase a voucher

A. Once you've chosen a voucher, you'll be taken to our secure payment page. Upon payment, your voucher will be sent over to you immediately on email (via PDF format.) Once the file has downloaded, you will be able to view/print off your voucher.

You can also view your purchased vouchers in your DABBL Dashboard and you will be able to see a purchase history of your vouchers. If you misplace or delete your voucher, you will be able to download your voucher again from your DABBL Dashboard.

Please carefully read the T&Cs of every voucher you purchase to avoid disappointment. Please print off your voucher and present it to the offer supplier/vendor upon arrival at the venue.

Q. How do I use my voucher

A. Contact the voucher supplier to make a booking or to redeem your voucher. You will need your Voucher Code and Security Code (both of which can be found on your voucher) for booking on arrival or over the phone.

Some vouchers will not require prior booking, however; in that instance make sure you take your voucher along with you just in case an issue arises. Each voucher or offer will have a different redemption and booking process – make sure to thoroughly read through the corresponding voucher T&Cs for all redemption and booking information.

Q. How many vouchers can I buy

A. Some voucher suppliers may only allow one voucher per customer to be redeemed at once, where others may let you purchase as many as you please. Make sure to read the T&Cs of each offer to gauge availability and voucher/purchase conditions. However, you can always buy multiple vouchers as gifts.

Q. How long do the vouchers last for

A. All offers will have an expiry date clearly displayed on their website and on the voucher itself – once the valid from date has passed, the voucher is void. It is your responsibility as the customer to make a note of the voucher expiry date and to make any redemption within that that time period to avoid disappointment.

Q. Can I request a refund

A. Every customer is entitled to receive a full refund within 14 days of their purchase. However, if you have redeemed your voucher, you do not qualify for this service. All offers are subject to availability, so please read the T&Cs for more information. Any refund requests made after the 14 day time frame are subject to supplier discretion. Email: help@dabbl.co.uk

Q. I've paid for a voucher but not received it

A. If you have paid for a voucher but haven't yet received it, you can view your purchased vouchers in your DABBL Dashboard. From here you will be able to download your voucher again. If you encounter further issues or payment has been taken from your account but no vouchers are viewable via your dashboard, please contact our customer care team. They will happily issue you a copy of your purchased voucher or process a refund if you have a change of heart.

Q. I've accidently deleted/lost my voucher

A. Log in to your DABBL dashboard and you will be able to see a purchase history of your vouchers. Find the voucher you deleted and you'll be able to download a new copy of that voucher to print out. Please carefully read the T&Cs of every voucher you purchase to avoid disappointment. Please print off your voucher and present it to the offer supplier/vendor upon arrival at the venue.

Q. Where can I see my purchased vouchers?

A. Log in to your DABBL Dashboard to view you purchase history. You can also re-download vouchers if you accidentally loose or delete them before redemption. If payment is taken from your bank account but no vouchers are viewable via your dashboard, please contact our customer care team; Email: help@dabbl.co.uk. They will happily issue you a copy of your purchased voucher or process a refund if you have a change of heart.

Q. My delivery address is wrong, can I change it

A. Log in to your DABBL Dashboard to update your personal details. If you update your delivery address after you've made an order that has a home delivery service, please also contact customer care via email on: help@dabbl.co.uk so they can contact the supplier to ensure your order reaches the correct address. Make sure your details are always kept up to date to avoid disappointment.

Q. How do I unsubscribe from the DABBL mailing list

A. At the bottom of every email you receive from DABBL there will be an unsubscribe link. Click this and enter your email address, and you will be removed from the mailing list. You can re-subscribe whenever you want to keep up to date with brand new offers and exclusive deals.
